SIMS 4 NOT LAUNCHING

I have the Sims 4 in my library but I can't run it. When I try to reinstall it doesn't work and it says the game is not findable. But it's still in my library. I can't find it in my computer either. Is there anything I can do? I've tried clearing the cache and a lot of things but none seem to work. I can't even open it, I can't launch it. It says that content is missing or sth. It says an update is required but I can't update bc my computer can't find the game and I've tried changing the disk permissions many times as well, it doesn't seem to work. I've already tried repairing the game and reinstalling the EA app and it doesn't work. I've been in chatting with 3 different assistants from EA and none were able to find a solution. What do I try next?

PD: I also deleted al my CC.
