Sims 4 Not Working on Mac Ventura

I'm having trouble getting The Sims 4 to work on my Mac. I have an M1 chip and macOS version 13.3.1. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far:

1. Turned off verification on my EA account.
2. Tried downloading Origin for Mac, but it didn’t work.
3. Downloaded the Reset Tool for origin, but it just bounced on my screen and didn’t open.
4. Tried installing the EA app, but I kept getting a 500 error when attempting to load it.

I'm not sure if this is a network issue, as The Sims 4 works fine on my PlayStation.

Does anyone have suggestions or know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
