Hi @crinrict
I don't know how to do that, could you explain how please?
Instructions on how to do so here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162
Even if you have removed your CC, there could be a residual something left behind that is causing your game to lag. Try moving your Sims 4 folder to your Desktop, but Do Not Delete it! This is where your saved games are stored. Start your game up and start up a new sim realizing that none of your saved games, mods and CC will not be present. Play for about a hour or so to insure that nothing else is wrong with your game.
Please report back. If this does not work, you will need to post your Mac's specs which are found under the Apple Logo in the upper left hand corner of your Finder.
