Sims 4 taking ages to download (apple) (4days to download aprox)

I had downloaded sims 4 online about a couple months ago and it took around 10 hours to download (didnt mind, downloaded over night)  but because of school work and storage I deleted it. I recently tried to RE-download it and it is taking FOREVER, I calculated it and by the rate its going at it will take 4 days to download (without installing). It is the digital deluxe version. Its been 2 days and is at 44%. I cant believe how long it is taking. It defiantly isn't my internet because I tried downloading it with my 4G and it still remained at 37kb per seconds. Sometimes it drops to 0kbs per second. I dont know whats up with it! This is on a Macbook Air 13 inch, 136 gb laptop btw.
