So I just bought the Sims on my MAC Book PRo and I'm trying to download it but the buttons for downloading it aren't even popping up. I tried doing a safe boot on it, I upgraded the IOS to El Capitan because thats the minimum requirement and nothing is working. I'm at a dead end here can someone help me?

You will probably need to update your Mac further as EL Capitan and Sierra are currently causing issues with the game. But we can check, please can you provide more information about your Mac.
