After the recent updates, i’ve removed all my mods and repaired the game however it wont load my played household. I can make a new household however everything to do with the existing household wont work. I dont want to lose my game as i’ve been playing with the same household for an extremely long time.
can someone help me repair the household please
Same issue, had a household for a long time, the Sim is missing, cannot move other Sim inside since the house seems occupied.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
