Sims 4 won't work after update June 3rd 2020
I play sims 4 on Mac. The game runes great and I have been playing it fine. However, after installing the latest update (June 3rd), the game unexpectedly quits when I try to launch my save file. I moved my sims 4 file to the desktop, started a new game and that worked fine. However, when I moved my save file back into this game (I did not move any mods in and disabled CC in game) I had the same problem! Any help would be really appreciated!! I have repaired the game and deleted my mods.

Update - a hot fix patch, PC: / Mac: 1.63.134.1220, has been released (4 June) to fix this issue. Make sure your game is updated. I can confirm my saves now load ok 🙂
Since the 3 June patch, PC: 1.63.133.1020 / Mac: 1.63.133.1220, Console: Version 1.25, some users are reporting they cannot load their saved games, that the game crashes when pressing Play in the Main Menu or pressing Load Game. This is a known bug and can affect all platforms for players with vanilla games and CC/Modded games. There is currently no solution or workaround for this problem but hang onto your saves until (hopefully) it is fixed.
