Spotlight texture on other objects since Update!

After the 2nd hot fix update, a lot of the game textures have been replaced with a spotlight like texture. I've removed mods, Fixed game, delete Localthumb etc. and nothing seem to work. Is this an i...

    Thanks, After I posted this I deleted lastException and LastCrash and it seem to work perfectly fine. Thank you.

Nope, it's an issue on your side. Have you repaired your game?

I can see CC in your pictures, please remove the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache file again then load a vanilla game and see if it still happens with no 3rd party content.
