Storybook Nursery & Artist Studio won't download

I purchased these packs yesterday and have been trying to download them ever since. I keep getting an error. I've cleared my cache in the EA app multiple times, restarted it, and restarted my computer multiple times, and it still won't download.

Mmm_Pickles you'd be better off posting in the EA App Mac forum at Answers HQ as this is an EA App issue, not a specific Sims 4 issue and there is no EA App forum here yet - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/bd-p/ea-app-technical-issues-mac-en
