My game keeps going to the screenshot screen , say you were to take a screenshot, or basically when you press tab, it just goes to that screen by itself and I can't click on anything. I can move around but I can't click on anything. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!!!!!
Me too, i've got the same problem. It happens very often to me. I think every 2-3 hours - max. 4 hours... the only solution seems to be to save and then to quit the game... but it really sucks!

No, well I have read it wrong a little bit, I see now... my English is not so good and sometimes I want to read it so fast, that i cannot scan everything.... BUT i've got the same Problem, with the only difference, that i see the the menu still below.
But the mouse seems to be freezing...?!
It happened yet again, so I press the esc button but it's still not working... even if I go to edit the neighborhood and then back to my family.... I began to despair 😭
I cannot click on anything in live mode!
