stupid npc hats >:(

Hey, I'm about to crash out. I've tried absolutely everything to get rid of these random hats on the NPCs I made, but nothing is working. I've downloaded multiple mods and used cheats, and nothing is working. I don't know what to do now, my sim she likes wont take off his freaking llama mask ToT. Any suggestions?? P.S. Sims 4 should just remove the random hats and paper bags cuz everyone hates it.
