The point where I clicked is going up

The point where I clicked is going up even though I'm only moving left and right.

I'm having difficulties with customization or screen adjustments

for example,

I just want to move the sight to the left or right, but it's going up and showing me the sky
I just want to stretch my sim's lip width, but it moves upward. Soooooooooo anoying

Not like this every time. When I move dramatically, it works without the errors.

However, when I move minutely, errors occur.

so I couldn't fine-tuning

How can I fix it? plz help me😢
