The sim

The Sims 4 won't launch on my mac, I have tried it on two different macs and the same error message appeared. It was working perfectly fine before the newest origin update. I have contacted support and followed all the instructions (repairing, safe booting) that included changing the language preferences so they match the ones in the game. The game still won't launch but now it mentions the graphic card not meeting the requirements. As I said it worked fine before on both devices and I have also downloaded the Legacy Edition while troubleshooting. Thanks for help.
