someone on ea support said its caused by "temporary files" and to fix it, i have to uninstall the whole game and then run the reset origin tool
- @Bluebellflora i did but its just caused the same issue but during the download, the guy from support then gave me follow up assistance but for a windows pc lmao

Mine has finally finished downloading. It sat at 92% for a while then threw the 196613:0 error again then immediately said it was ready to play..........@BluebellfloraI tried again after reading your last post and mine has downloaded now too.
So, maybe patience is the fix?
