Mine has finally finished downloading. It sat at 92% for a while then threw the 196613:0 error again then immediately said it was ready to play..........

@BluebellfloraI tried again after reading your last post and mine has downloaded now too.
So, maybe patience is the fix?
Ah, it's better than reinstalling the game. Sorry @laurendaly that you ended up doing that.

- @Bluebellflora Nope stuck at 97% but now it seems to be flicking between 0kb/sec to like 1mb so it's trying it's best
I've had the same issue (glad it's not just me!)
Have tried everything to fix it, and was able to get up to 99% before it stopped. Realised I was going to have to reinstall, but now it's stuck at 97% as well!!

- Those of you still having issues, could you run the Origin Error Reporter and PM me the Report ID?
In Origin click on Help > Origin Error Reporter. Once you submit it will generate the Report ID 🙂 - @Bluebellflora Will do, although it has just finally installed so not sure if the record will reflect the issue
@laurendaly @Bluebellflora Same here! Although not getting my hopes up yet, still have to install the packs
