My sims 4 game has not been working over the past week. Every time I try to launch my sims game, it will say the game is already running but it is not! This is a brand new MacBook Air, I've already tried repairing, uninstalling and re-installing the app. I've tried App recovery, I called Apple Tech support. They obviously can't help with 3rd party apps so can someone please assist me! Every time I try to contact EA, they are SO terrible and difficult to reach. Why have start case as an option when I can't talk to anyone or they always close my case before it is even finished/resolved! The customer service has declined massively.
