@xXvipgirl8Xx1 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If Windows, the most common issue is that Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access is blocking the game. You can set exceptions for Origin.exe, TS4.exe, and TS4_x64.exe and see if it helps:

The same principle applies if you have a third-party antivirus/firewall installed: set those three exceptions and test the game.

@xXvipgirl8Xx1 You're fine, I just wanted to move your thread to the section where you could get the most effective help. Please post the specs of your Mac, as described in the last link in my earlier post. Please also let us know whether you're running the standard version of Sims 4 or the Legacy Edition.
- @puzzlezaddict I just find out the porblem i moved the sims 4 file into documents or the other thing i can't remember what it's called; thanks for the help though.
