Where do the ResourceClient.cfg and ResourceSimulation.cfg files go in The Sims

So I accidentally deleted the ResourceSimulation.cfg and ResourceClient.cfg files from The Sims 4. This caused my game to not show any of the clothes or hair on my sims. Also, it gives me an error when I go to play a household, saying some of my neighborhoods will not be saved and my game may not save if I play. I need to know where these files came from and where I need to add them back to. I still had the files in my trash bin so I moved them into my The Sims 4 folder, but my game still doesn’t work. Which folder do these files need to be in???

    @HaleyK97 

    For the future If you instead of dragging the files from Recycle bin choose to restore them Windows will place them where they came from. Also the path was listed beside them. Since it is now too late and they could belong in several different places delete the files from where you put them as they do not belong there. Then repair the game. Rightclick it in Origin and select Repair. You need to wait until it has repaired all your packs.
