Won't let me play households and expansion packs are gone

I have a mac and my sims 4 loads fine and shows all of my expansion packs on the main menu but once I enter my game, none of my expansion pack worlds are there. Also, when I click a household to l]play it goes back to the menu. I can't play it at all and it sucks. What to do please help!

    Try repairing your game. Do you have a Last Crash file in your Sims 4 folder you could c/p or attach here? If you attach it make sure to delete the XML from the first line.
