Add-ons not showing up in-game
Hiya! I tried to play Sims 4 for the first time in a few weeks on tuesday, but my add-ons weren't working. The "Horse Ranch" and "Growing Together" add-ons are showing up like I don't own them at all...

I am also getting this issue, I have bought almost every add on and every single one is showing as not owned making past saved games unplayable, I have also tried the troubleshooting steps you have and also had no luck 😥
