All my extras are gone after reinstalling

Hi, i had to uninstall and then reinstall my game but after reinstalling none of my kits or packs are being acknowledged in game. On the actual EA app it says they are bought and installed, but in-game it says i need to restart everything for them to show up. Even after trying that, they still wont show up in game. My saved games look so ridiculous standing around essentially naked.

I bought the extras and my base through EA, so it isnt some mix up with steam and EA. 

If i go to any of my previoisly purchased pack, i can purchase them again and they show up saying "installed" and yet i cant actually access them.
