TM95Gerardo Does the problem happen when you're playing this save but with your Mods folder removed? I'm not sure from your description whether you tested that or not. The fact that your mods work fine in other saves is not proof that they're not affecting your main save—sometimes it's how the mods and cc are used, not only that they're present.
Please test the save without mods or cc, if you haven't already, and let me know what happens. You don't need to save your progress. If the save is still affected, move the sims to a different lot, either a blank one or a default Maxis build (nothing from the Gallery or your own library), "save as" to rename the save so you don't overwrite your main save, quit, reload, and see how it runs.
I tried the game first with nothing, no freezing happened, then I put the mods, also no freezing, then when I started my savegame and entered, there were freezes on the map, change of outfit, change of mood, etc.
