Are you encountering any technical difficulties with logging in?

Hello, Two days ago I paid for Sims 4 accessories and now I cant download it. Do you guys have the same problems? I see that you can play. Bot said that it is EA problems and they are during fixing....

    Igerqu1  The EA App is working for me, so it's not down in general.  Have you tried unchecking the box to "keep me signed in"?  Have you tried a different network?  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network, and connect to that.  I'm not saying you need to download your new Sims 4 DLC using phone data, only that it would be helpful to know whether you can sign into the EA App at all.
