black screen between each action

When my game starts, my screen turns completly black. Then, in between each action (making a new save, putting new clothes on a sim, modify his appearance...) i get a black screen for three or four seconds.

I have tried everything : deleting my mods and cc, disabeling them, reparing my game, switching it from french to english, deleting all my saves and reshades... Nothing works. I also made a lot of space on my computer, disabled some packs and lowered the game performances. Nothing changed.
