nashdavida Right, your dxdiag showed that your computer's integrated graphics chip was disabled. However, your monitor is also plugged into the iGPU rather than the RX 570, which means your much faster dedicated card isn't running Sims 4. So please plug the monitor into the RX 570 instead.
