Bought Seasons and nothing

Hey, I just bought the Seasons add on and it even says my purchase was completed in my history. The game updated/upgraded but it seems like it's still not on there at all. What do I do!?

I just bought the seasons pack and the same thing happened to me. I did what you said it the transaction shows as completed. Now what?

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here, let me know if you're still not seeing Seasons then.
