Can’t load into saves

Hello! When wanting to play my usual household today it was like I had started a new save file, having to choose the season again and not having any of my sims in any world. So I closed the game again and tried to play almost every saved game/households but none of them worked. I thought it might be a mod/cc problem but I took them all out of the game and it still didn’t work. I also took out all my saves, repaired the game multiple times, and put them back in again. At some point I couldn’t even load into a new world cus I was stuck in the loading screen. 
My game worked just fine yesterday and it updated in the morning today and that’s when the issue started. Did anyone have the same problem before and if yes what did you do to repair it? Or if anyone has some tips please let me know! Thank you beforehand ^^

    BlueLilly2511​  If you haven't already, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, if you can play a new save at all.

    If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
