BaeNdaHoody Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
For the Gallery issue, please also let me know whether it helps to use a different network. For example, if your computer supports wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network, and connect to that. Simply trying to load the Gallery shouldn't eat too much data.
