can't build in build mode

esorbtw Your dxdiag is full of crashes of a component of the Nvidia graphics driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

Please test with no mods first, on a couple different lots. If everything is fine, you can start adding back your mods. But I'd suggest reviewing this list and removing anything confirmed broken:
