Cant click newest sim picture on the bottom! help (sims 4)(newest Update)

In two of my homes each sim that's the newest member I can't click their picture because its frozen. One of my household's she recently had a baby boy and I can't click his picture to see his feeling...

g019a3y4xkkc  If you still need help, please let me know whether this happens in a new save that's never been exposed to mods or custom content.  If it doesn't, try your main save again, but in a different household, for comparison's sake.  You don't need to save your progress.
