Cant download my packs to my laptop

Question

Hey I can’t seem to download my packs to my game I originally brought them on ps5 but have recently downloaded on my laptop (windows) and in the EA app it says I don’t own any of these packs anymore I’m not sure how to fix this and I’ve tried restarting my game and everything I don’t have access to any of my old games either can you please help me.

Charbear11&nbsp; Packs don't transfer between console and PC or Mac, sorry.
Neither do saves.&nbsp; The best you can do on that end is upload your sims and builds to the Gallery and download them onto your laptop.&nbsp; But of course they'll be difficult to play without your missing packs.
