Hey I can’t seem to download my packs to my game I originally brought them on ps5 but have recently downloaded on my laptop (windows) and in the EA app it says I don’t own any of these packs anymore I’m not sure how to fix this and I’ve tried restarting my game and everything I don’t have access to any of my old games either can you please help me.

Neither do saves. The best you can do on that end is upload your sims and builds to the Gallery and download them onto your laptop. But of course they'll be difficult to play without your missing packs.
