Can't download the new Lovestruck Pack

The new Ciudad Enamorda world doesn't show up in the game. I have waited to create a new game due to the recent corruption of my old saves after the update/patch this past few days. My new save and sim are working, I did notice the zoom in and out function, using my mouse slider specifically, is laggy. I can see the "turn-on/offs" in CAS. However, after I made my sim I can't place them in the Ciudad Enamorda. I cannot see an icon for it in the world's menu. 😒 This is tragic.
