cant get passed loading screen when starting up game.

hello! has anyone had this issue before? i do play with cc and mods quite a bit actually 4-6k files worth. but anywho i was having issues going to windenburg anytime i would click manage worlds and go to windenburg it would give me a white screen and then an exception report came up. i was unable to pinpoint what mod was causing it so i just took out my whole mods folder and cleared the cache and also repaired the game just to be %100 if it was having issues due to mods, but after doing all that my game now wont even open, i can get as far as the loading screen but itll just shut the game off after loading. ( i do wanna add for the windenburg situation, it started doing that white screen after i made a rental resident there)  i do have all 14 packs and 29 add ons in general. pls help!!! i took all mods and cc out so I'm stumped
