Can't Pay My Bills

Brand new issue after 10/22 update. I received my bills but I have no way to pay them. There is no option on the mailbox or the computer. The bills are in my inventory and I'm unable to interact with them there or even place them in world. Now my power is shut off. Kind of infuriating.
