Ever since getting Enchanted by Nature DLC the game keeps crashing, the lagging is awful and my Sims have now frozen and won't interact or even move. I don't use CC or Mods so no issues there. I've 'repaired' the game in the EA app but no dice. What is going on?
Betty200 Does the game run better in one of the base game worlds? Some lots in Innisgreen have been causing problems for a number of players. If you have been playing in Innisgreen, and the game runs better elsewhere, please let me know which lot(s) you've been using.
Either way, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
