Content taking longer to popup

Ive been playing my sim game like this for a while now, and it bothers me on how everytime i press on a sim (even my sim) it takes at least 5 - 10 seconds for the content to pop up, it does the same thing for computers and fridges, and it bothers me a lot and its not my mods because I have taken them all out and played and it still does the same thing, so my mods dont do anything to my game, and its really annoying for when I would like to play. I really hope theres some type of solution, also I have downloaded packs for the game, ive even uninstalled the game and reinstall it. Ive updated and repaired all my DLC's  and ive repaired my sims game in the EA app and nothing seems to help.
