Zovinluv I would normally suggest at least 25 GB free, and more like 30 for someone who needs to increase the size of their page file. But that may not be possible given the size of your system drive. So do the best you can, let me know how far you get, and we'll go from there.
In theory, you could buy an external drive for storing pretty much everything that isn't Windows and critical drivers. But I don't know that you'd want to invest more money in this computer given that you could find something significantly better for not that much money, especially (but not exclusively) if you're willing to buy a used laptop. I'm not saying you can't play on this machine, only that it's worth starting to think about when you might upgrade. I can help with that too if and when you're ready.
