My game is unplayable. I downloaded a new pack and have not been able to play it in the game since.

After downloading the cottage living pack, my game no longer works. I cant even go pass the loading screen because it freezes. PLEASE HELP

Do you mean you don't get to the main menu at all or in your save ?
