crashing

i just recently downloaded sims on my laptop. it ran amazing for about 2 days then it stopped working all together. i have no mods or anything just playing the plain old sims 4! i could get sims open to the loading screen where it tells you to resume game and it crashes. the laptop had no important files on it so i deleted everything and reinstalled EA and sims. it still crashes! i have tried everything i could think of please help!

Rebalee_1015 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
