Craving new flavours

So my sim keeps having the bluff craving new flavours. I thought when she became a child it was just a glitch and may sort itself out when she became a teen. However it has stuck with her right up to young adult, I don’t want to stop playing her as she is one of my legacy sims but, it gets really annoying that she’s constantly sad because of a toddler buff! 

anyone else has this happen?
