@atypicallavender Are you saying the screenshots show as blank in the in-game notification? It's entirely possible that the reason is that the screenshots have already been moved, and the game can't find the image.
Try taking one screenshot in-game, then searching for it on your computer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter *.png (with the asterisk) in the search bar in the upper right corner. This will turn up all .png files on yoru computer, so you may have a very long list. But if you sort by modified date, you should see the screenshot you just took.
Click on that screenshot, click the "Open file location" icon, and you'll be taken to the folder where the screenshot landed. Please let me know the full file path to that folder; you can see it in the address bar, above the list of files.
Yes, the screenshot captured is blank with no photos of sims or images of the background of where they are or anything...it's just a blank light blue background. My online uploads are blank as well with what looks like a white background, with a frozen loading spiral in the center and a fine red X in the boxes.
I did what you said and still nothing came up.
