Okay so i didn't want to have to do this BUTTTTT. of course it has to be this way, so i deleted all my mods, i added them back in, nothing seems to be working and I've even added them back in one by one and I've been stuck on this for about 4 days and I've been working TIRELESSLY to get my sims 4 to semi work, but even if i delete all my mods my sims 4 game wont even launch and i get a notification pop up on my screen after it crashes and takes me back to the EA startup stating "an error on our end caused the launch to fail, please try again later" this is really starting to frustrates me and the fact that everyone else is having problems </3

BeautyLakota iemadura As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

So I removed my EA folder from my documents file onto my desktop and its working now aside from having to redownload all my packs and kits, which will take a while, what do I do about all my save files, cc and mods in my other folder do I just add them back in gradually?

BeautyLakota Did you try a clean user folder, with nothing added back; and did you confirm that your mods and other user files were still gone from the new Sims 4 folder? I ask because the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are pretty generic but can be caused by broken mods or other bad user data. The "failed to launch game" error is also somewhat generic.
If there is in fact nothing in your user folder other than the new files the game created, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing there. Make it local, as in, don't link your Microsoft account or any email address. (You can skip that step repeatedly until you're asked a few security questions.) You'll be able to try to launch the game without reinstalling it.
If you can't play in the new Windows account either, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to open Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
