I'm still on a Windows 10 system (until my husband finishes building my new Windows 11 one) and my Sims 4 has been working fine.
This error started for me Friday, crashing in at several points during the start up process. I haven't added any new cc and no Sims 4 issues through Thursday evening. The game shutdown when I tried to play on Friday giving me the problem at their end try again later error message. I moved/renamed everything and started a new clean instance of Sims 4. I can successfully navigate CAS to create a new Sim and navigate the world maps, but the game instantly crashes as soon as I try to move the new Sim into a lot. The lastCrash text file is attached.
