Cursor is stuck in the homepage

Hi there!I hope someone can help me.Today I downloaded the required game update and the expansion pack "For Rent." After that, when I open the game from the EA app, the in-game cursor is stuck in the homepage, and I can't do anything.I tried repairing the game through EA, but it still doesn't work. I don't have any mods. What should I do?

carco88&nbsp; When you say your cursor is stuck, is your computer frozen, or can you alt-tab or use the Windows key to get out of the game window?&nbsp; And your description doesn't sound exactly like this:
