Then check EA app.
Click on the game in your EA app library, choose Manage > Manage add on and install them.
You should install them through Steam if that's where you bought the packs. Only kits and maker packs are installed through the game/Marketplace.
I have purchased the expansion packs through EA. I just got signed on for steam within the last week (ish). I had asked for my fiancés log in previously and i was not provided it until recently. I'm at a total loss.

i can not click on them to install them. this is what i mean im at a total loss. i dont know what to do. this is what my program shows😭😭
