EA and Steam connection

Hello! When I go onto my EA account it's connected to my ex boyfriends Steam. I can't access his Steam and only have access to my EA account. Every time I turn on the game, it says log in EA and then I do that and it says that the email is already in use under my ex's name. How in the world do I solve this issue. I have packs that I can't play with because of this.
