ea app says sims 4 incompatible version is installed

Hi, I've had this problem since this morning, I have sims 4 packs from EA and steam. And normally i launch my game from steam because it shows  ea packs too.  This morning  my ea app refreshed and showed me notifications, i noticed my sims 4 game was greyed out saying it's incompatible and unavailable so to uninstall steam version so i did. And when reinstalling sims 4 from ea, it became available again however all my steams packs didn't show up. I already know that using steam, ea packs will show but it does not work vice versa. So i tried clearing my app cache. Repairing. restarting my PC. Uninstalling the ea app version of sims 4 and ea app. So  i did reinstall steam only version and all my packs ea and steam show but ea app still says the same thing on app. Before i reinstalled sims 4 , i did move my sims 4 document folder, and the packs pop up show. But i wanted to just ask for help.  If i could fix this. Or how to find incompatible version.

edit- i saw previous answers on the forums and clean installed using revo and clean cache and uninstalled and again moved and renames the sims 4 documents folder but when installing from steam. Ea once again said my sims 4 is unavailable and the only way to get my sims 4 packs is ea only. But that won't  put my steam packs. I have been trying to chat with ea for hours but it's still saying wait.
