maygangray3 Sorry for the late reply. You'll need to go back to EA customer support for the purchase issue, unfortunately. You'll need the live chat option; if you don't see it, try the "I need help loading my game" option.
For the issue with playing, please post a screenshot, or a photo if the screenshot doesn't show the problem. Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
