Enchanted by Nature missing after code redemption
I downloaded the DLC of the new sims4 enchanted game and it’s showing as an base game and it’s not downloading it keeps saying I need to pay

Cookiebee333 Where did you buy the pack? Your screenshot only shows the early-order bonus content, not the expansion itself. So if you bought from a third party, you may have received only the bonus content.
