Enchanted by Nature missing after code redemption
I downloaded the DLC of the new sims4 enchanted game and it’s showing as an base game and it’s not downloading it keeps saying I need to pay

I have purchased the Enchanted By Nature pack and was given a code to redeem. When I entered said code the issue is that it didn't change the blue button to download. I'm attaching a picture showing that the pack is in my library as "In game content" yet I can't download the pack. I have the standard edition Sims 4. I have yes logged out of EA app and logged back in. Still I can't download the game that I paid for.
LeighsGarden It looks like you bought the bonus content only, not the expansion itself.
Thank you so much. I didn't realize that I had to install 2 codes to get the pack in full with bonus content. Hope you have a blessed weekend.
